The first time I met Marilyn, she is radiant with kikay character, her eyes, her sweet smile, and her sweet way, no wonder why Mark fall in love with her so many times.
Mark is the epitome of a gentleman, a loving husband.

Taxation

BBPA class San-Beda PLM
with Prof. Eloisa M. Macalinao
College Dean, College of Management & Entrepreneurship

"Taxation is the lifeblood of the nation without which a nation cannot exist."

Dean Eloisa Macalinao has remarkably exuded an exemplenary sense of competence, professionalism and quality teaching.
When I learned that the next professor in Taxation subject is the dean of CME, my perception is that her strictness will enforced us proportional knowledge contribution or imposed burden upon subject for the purpose of raising up grades.

Taxation subject is not taxing at all. With Dean Macalinao, Outstanding Employee of PLM, Model Adviser of Economics Society, she squeezed out the best from us, to performed our tasks and met the challenge to academic excellence, as well as responsiveness to fast-changing social environment.

Now, we understand not only the nature, scope, characteristics, principles and limitations of a sound system of taxation, the sources of tax law but also the responsibility to pay tax and exercise our right in a civil society.

Ethics and Accountability

BBPA class San Beda-PLM
With Mr. Rey Rosas and Family

What it takes to become next President of the Philippine Republic? Or should we say, what are the qualities of a good leader?
Mr. Rey Rosas, OIC Director of the Office of the President said: He has the wisdom of Ferdinand Marcos, the democratic approach and honesty of Corazon Aquino, the international vision of Fidel V. Ramos, the charismatic leadership of Erap Estrada, and the economic expertise of Gloria Arroyo.
Wow. Maybe if we can have that kind of leader this nation will be great again.
Public office is a public trust.
Corruption hurts economy, people and government.
We need moral renewal and stop these corrupt practices or act.
If the country has strong moral fiber, then the legal system works effectively.
Study the code of ethics and live by it.
Yes, our ethics tend to flow from our core values.
Our work will be characterized by professionalism, integrity, excellence.
The challenge to every Filipino, be a good citizen, and build a peaceful and progressive nation.
Sabi nga ni Sir Rosas, "be the angel of change".
